About My Sessions:
I use a methodology that I call "Couch Talk" wherein you and I put an energy on the couch and we figure out what's going on with it. This energy can be the energy of grief or pain, it can be a passed person, an angel or a guide. We talk to the energy directly and explore what it has to tell us. This process helps us uncover the real reason that the energy is there and - where necessary - the process allows us to easily let go.
